Tamara is a seasoned finance strategist with over 30 years of comprehensive experience. Her dynamic career has seen her navigate diverse financial executive and CFO roles, showcasing a strategic prowess in operations, management, and complex problem-solving. As the former President and CEO of a global restaurant chain, she brings a unique fusion of operational leadership and financial acumen.

Currently, Tamara is dedicated to empowering business owners through the strategic development of processes, planning, analytics, and financial reporting. Her focus is on optimizing cash flow, driving impactful bottom-line results, and elevating enterprise value. Her extensive industry expertise encompasses manufacturing, real estate development, business services, construction, distribution, e-commerce, restaurants, food service, multi-unit operations, franchising.

Tamara’s recent accomplishments include providing guidance on a successful business exit for a founder owned business exceeding targeted purchase price, orchestrating the successful reorganization of a company during a Chapter 11 process, enhancing cash availability through working capital analysis and cash flow projections, implementing cash management strategies, and spearheading the development of transformative infrastructure, including ERP implementation. She has adeptly secured additional debt and collaborated on innovative financing strategies with bankers, key vendors, and equity stakeholders.

An alumna of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, Tamara holds a B.S. with a dual major in accounting and finance and a Certified Public Accountant license in Ohio. She and her husband Scott have chosen Dallas as their home for 30 years.
