Pamela McQueen is an inspiring leader and influential force in the business world. As Texas Security Bank’s Vice President and Executive Director of TSB Business Education, Marketing and Branding, Pamela is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the TSB Academy, Business Speaker Series, and crafting the Marketing and Branding direction of the Bank.
Her successes have been recognized by numerous organizations, including the Leader in Financial Education Award and the Cornerstone Awards from the Texas Banking Association, Dallas Morning News People’s Choice Award as Gold winner for Best Bank in DFW 4 years in a row, Silver Stevie® Award for Sales & Customer Service, Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work and All-Stars Award for the National Customer Service Association to name a few. Under Pamela’s leadership, the Bank has doubled the growth of the Business Education programs, she has helped elevate the customers banking experience to meet clients’ growing preference for digital interactions while preserving the personal, relationship-based approach that defines Texas Security Bank. The Bank’s NPS scores continue to crush the banking benchmark of 30 by performing in the mid 80’s.
She was chosen as a Mentor for DCEO’s Women’s Leadership Symposium, has spoken at the Dallas Mavericks’ Business Assist program, where she addressed 100 entrepreneurs, and serves on the Advisory Board for the Business Transitions Summit that educates business owners on how to build strategies for exiting their business. Pamela’s enthusiasm for elevating the champions of free enterprise is contagious and she embodies a growth mindset, always stretching, growing and challenging herself.
