Dr. Nolan Duck is the founder and CEO of DBG Advisors, a D/FW based Business Advisory Firm that specializes in M&A Advisory, Business Brokerage, Commercial Real Estate and Coaching Services. Over his career Nolan has completed the sale of manufacturing, distribution, and services companies. DBG’s team and strategic partners help business owners determine, build, and get the full value of their companies when they sell.

Nolan has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate, Business Brokerage and M&A Advisory industry. He is a recognized leader in the field, providing advisory services to business owners in the lower middle market and main street. Nolan served as the past president of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB) D/FW Chapter, and the Advisory Board of the ValueBuilder System in Toronto, Canada. Nolan is also a Board-Certified Broker (BCB), a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), a Certified Value Builder Advisor (CVBA), a member of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA (Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors)), the Exit Planning Institute, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), M&A Source, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), he is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and serves on the Board of the Park Cities Rotary Club.
