Kim is a Strategic Manager that gets things done. She works with Mastery Partners, Mastery Mergers & Acquisitions, and the Business Transition Summit to empower business owners to maximize business value and serve them in different capacities to help them achieve their dream exit. She is also a business owner of Praebent, a company that helps entrepreneurs and nonprofits solve their strategic and operational problems.

Kim was an Executive Assistant for five years with a fast-paced mid- level technology company. Those skills, coupled with running a $30M multi-brand Gap Store as a General Manager, PTA President, and Band Booster Board Member for 7+ years, put her in a unique and honored position to come alongside and help entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

When not helping entrepreneurs and non-profits, Kim loves throwing a good party, spending time with her family and friends, and watching movies. If the weather is nice, you will find her on a trail with her husband or on the road visiting one of their three kiddos.
